Hello, and welcome to Team Check-in, your recreational sports team clearinghouse.

This site helps players and teams keep track of:

Individual games

• Who you're playing against
• What field (with the location, field notes, driving directions)
• Start date/time
• Who on your team has checked in, along with any subs they plan to bring.
• Your team's history versus the opposing team

Past games

• Final score
• who said they were going to come
• any notes you add about the game

Players on your team

• Who has paid their team dues
• What status they are--regular, sub, new player
• What email address they sign up with (multiple people can use the same email address)

Other features

• Automatic email reminders of games, with who has checked in
• Upcoming games at individual fields
• Player dues calculator (coming soon)
• Team customization of colors, team photo, background image (coming soon)

Team Check-in works for any location, for any team sport. It's optimized for sports that have more than half a dozen players per team, and the basic problem it solves is getting players who may not have much else in common to each game. If everyone on your team uses it, you'll know ahead of time when you're going to be short-handed, so you can recruit substitute players.
