The initial sign up is fast and easy, but once you're signed up, you'll have to add information about your team, opponents, players, games, and fields. If there are other teams in your division or league, they may have already entered most of the information. If you have your game schedule and player roster handy, it'll probably take you about 15 minutes to add everything to the site. Here are the basic steps to getting your team working on Team Check-in:
